Returns & Exchanges

Easy Returns:

Register your return directly on our online shop using your email address. After registering, you will receive an email with the authorization.

Self-Return:
You can send the package back yourself after receiving authorization. Please send it to the following address:
Norton Caps, via Giotto 5, 39100 Bolzano, Italy.
In this case, no transport costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refund:
Once the package is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 days.
