Return Costs – Fair & Transparent
Returns generate costs for shipping, return handling, and logistics. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to fully cover return shipping costs.
In the event of a return, the following flat-rate amounts will be deducted from your refund:
- Within Italy: €5.90
- Within the EU: €7.90
- Outside the EU: €25.90
👉 Clarification:
The return fee does not constitute a penalty, but serves solely to partially cover the actual costs incurred by the return process.
How the Return Process Works
1. Register Your Return
Simply register your return in our shop using your email address.
After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your return authorization.
If photos are required as part of the return process (e.g. in case of defects or clarifications), please upload them directly via the return portal in our shop, or alternatively send them by email to

2. Collection
- A pickup will be arranged within two business days at your delivery address.
- The exact pickup date will be communicated to you by email.
- The courier will bring the return label directly with them.

In certain cases, we may provide you with a return label, allowing you to drop off the package at a time of your choosing at a designated drop-off point.

After receiving return authorization, you may also send the item back independently to the following address:

International Returns (Non-EU Countries)
For returns from non-EU countries, any customs duties, import fees, or handling charges incurred during the return process must be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that the shipment is correctly declared as a return to avoid additional costs or delays.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 10 business daysusing the original payment method.
